You don't just start a camper park

There is a lot involved in starting a camper park. Just think of obtaining permits and the practical layout of the park. We can advise you on this.

Reception-free access to your camper park

1. Book online
Your guests can book online from the ECP website or your own website. They enter their details and, optionally, their license plate number.
After completing the reservation process, your guest will enter the payment environment. Only after payment will the reservation become a fact and your guests will receive a reservation confirmation by email. You can design this confirmation as desired.
The booking confirmation contains an access code for your guest, which gives him direct access to the park, making the visit to a reception a thing of the past.
To offer the adventurers, who drive directly to a camper place, the convenience of booking locally, it is possible to book a place on location and pay via the reception or via our camper kiosk. This allows you to serve all the different campers in your own way.
You can have your guests pay for electricity, water, showers and other facilities via ECP. This can also be booked locally via a camper kiosk afterwards.
Thanks to a good relationship with our partners, we can relieve you of the burden of sanitary units and lighting on location, so that your guests can gain access to an attractive park.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I automate reservations, payments, and access to my camper sites?

With modern camper park software (ECP), you can automate the entire process from reservation to access. Guests book themselves through a camper kiosk or your website, pay directly by debit card or mobile phone, and automatically receive a PIN code or license plate access.

You manage everything online: site management, rates, availability, and reporting. This eliminates the need for a reception desk and offers guests 24/7 self-service access to your camper site.

Ideal for managers who want to save costs, maintain an overview and run their RV park professionally — with minimal effort.

In the ECP management environment, you can create different seasons, such as high season, low season, or special periods (e.g., Easter). For each season, you set rates for overnight stays, amenities like electricity, and optional surcharges like dogs or tourist tax. Make sure the dates between seasons don’t overlap. You can always adjust or copy rates from other seasons. This allows you to flexibly respond to demand, occupancy, and pricing strategy—and always charge the right price, without manual calculations.

Access control camper park

The appearance of the camper park

The first impression of a camper park is created at the entrance. A modern entrance with an automatic barrier , a neat access column, and a clear route indicate that a park is professionally organized. This appearance immediately sets the tone for the rest of the stay and gives guests the feeling that everything has been taken care of down to the last detail.

Automation significantly contributes to this sense of quality. Camper parks that use a complete access system offer peace of mind, clarity, and convenience from the moment of arrival. The system works flawlessly, allowing campers to enter the site without any doubts or stress. This not only enhances the experience but also reduces questions and pressure on the owner.

The combination of a natural look, such as wood-look columns and barriers, and modern technology gives the park a unique balance between ambiance and efficiency. Guests immediately notice this and incorporate this positive feeling into their reviews.

Book and pay online

The digital age has changed campervan travel. People plan less far in advance and want to be able to adjust their route on the go. Online booking and payment aligns perfectly with this. The process is simple: book a spot while on the road, pay immediately, and receive an access code.

The guest only has to arrive and can then drive through automatically.

For campervan parks that implement digital check-in, this means no more queues, no more misunderstandings, and no more unnecessary stops. Guests greatly appreciate this freedom. The idea that they can arrive at any time without disturbing anyone fits perfectly with the flexibility of campervan life.

For owners, the system is just as valuable. Everything is processed automatically and linked to the access point. This creates a fully unmanned camper site that runs efficiently, even during busy holiday periods. Administration is more transparent, payments are always correct, and guest registration is flawless.

Reception-free check-in kiosk

Not everyone books in advance. That’s why the reception-free check-in kiosk plays a crucial role. This digital reception allows guests to reserve a spot, pay, or extend their stay on-site. The kiosk is always available and works quickly and intuitively, so guests immediately understand what to do.

The popularity of this reception-free access stems from its convenience and independence. Guests don’t want to wait for someone to appear at a desk, and they don’t want complicated instructions. A kiosk gives a park a modern, professional look and prevents frustration at the same time.

For the business owner, the kiosk offers maximum control. Payments, reservations, and access are processed automatically, while all administration remains centralized and transparent. The underlying camper park management software completes the package and ensures the park operates consistently 24/7.

Why visitors appreciate a fully automated RV park

Campers consciously choose freedom, flexibility, and comfort. A fully automated camper park seamlessly integrates with this lifestyle, making their stay much more pleasant and modern.

Guests especially appreciate that they never have to wait. Whether they arrive late at night, leave early in the morning, or want to extend their stay, everything works without anyone needing to be present. This sense of independence is incredibly important for travelers who are often on the go.

They also experience clarity and security. The reservation, payment, and access are all confirmed and linked. There’s no uncertainty about the location, no hassle upon arrival, and no risk of reception being closed. The route from booking to entry is clear and predictable.

Another important advantage is that an automated park feels calmer and safer. Access isn’t granted without permission, and the system ensures that only registered guests can enter the grounds. Visitors notice that the grounds are organized and manageable, which reinforces their sense of security.

Finally, a fully automated RV park feels modern and future-oriented. Many guests consider it a luxury when technology makes their stay run smoothly. This leads to higher ratings, longer stays, and a greater likelihood of guests returning.

Access automation

Access is the core of a reliable camper park. A modern system automatically manages access and controls who is allowed on the premises. This prevents incorrect manual entry, unwanted visitors, and confusion. An access terminal that works with a PIN code, card, barcode, or license plate ensures a smooth process, without human intervention.

Access automation has undergone tremendous development in recent years. While traditional systems were often limited to simple opening and closing, modern systems are fully integrated. They communicate with reservations, plumbing controls, and electrical systems. This creates a park where everything works together and the guest is the central focus.

The entrance also gets a visual upgrade with a well-designed column and barrier. It feels professional, welcoming, and safe—exactly what visitors expect from a park that takes comfort and quality seriously.

Electricity and water supplies

Electricity and water are among the basic amenities at every campervan site. More and more campervan owners are driving with powerful appliances on board and expect sufficient power to use them. Modern power poles are a perfect solution. They offer various amperages, can be linked to reservations, and are automatically released when the guest checks in.

This ensures fair and efficient energy use. Business owners have insight into consumption, while guests clearly know what they’re getting. In addition to electricity, well-placed water points, wastewater disposal, and cassette extraction stations are important for comfort and hygiene. When these facilities are logically placed and well-maintained, guests experience the park as organized and complete.

Light and load

As evening falls, the ambiance of the camper park is defined by the lighting. Beautiful wooden lampposts or stylish modern lighting fixtures create a warm and safe feeling. Well-placed lighting helps guests find their way, prevents unsafe situations, and gives the park a high-quality appearance.

Charging is also becoming increasingly important. Electric vehicles are part of the future of campervan travel, and many guests expect their car or campervan to be able to charge. By integrating charging stations at the park, it remains attractive to a wide audience.

Sanitary facilities and showers

The sanitary facilities largely determine how a campervan park is rated. Guests expect clean, comfortable showers and modern restrooms. Automatic shower control and access via codes or cards makes this process clear and fair.

Paid showers can be easily implemented, with guests knowing exactly what they’re getting. Time-controlled free showers are also popular and prevent waste. A modern restroom facility, supported by reliable management, makes for a comfortable stay and increases the likelihood of guests returning.

Total concept for camper parks

Anyone who truly wants to future-proof their park should opt for a comprehensive approach. By integrating all components—from access to electricity and from bathrooms to reservations—you create a park that exudes tranquility and runs efficiently. Everything fits together, supports each other, and remains transparent.

An integrated RV park system pays for itself through lower staffing costs, higher occupancy, and a professional image that inspires trust. The park easily grows with the expansion of the number of pitches and remains operational for the long term.
